Welcome to the Awakened Woman Her Body Meditation

As always make sure you are comfortable warm and will not be disturbed.

Let’s start with our centering breaths as a reminder we breathe in with a count of five we hold with a count of five, and we breathe out with a count of eight. Breathe in two three four five hold two three four five out two three four five six seven eight breathe in two three four five hold two three four five out two three four five six seven eight breathe in two three four five hold two three four five out two three four five six seven eight.

An allow your breath to go to its normal rhythm breathing in and breathing out feel the belly rise and feel the belly fall. These bodies that we have this beautiful body is made of the same magnificence as the universe. The atoms and elements that reside in stars also reside within our body to look at a star and find fault speak with venom you are made of what the stars are made of then energy of it, you are the connection to the universal energy and stars resides within you. From your finger tips to your toes to the hair on your head it is all magnificent. The fact that you are alive is a miracle. This physical body that we have been given is a vessel to walk and dance run and create is made of the same things as the stars as the trees as the sunset just bath in the magic of that. Breathe in that energy breathe in the flawlessness of it all the perfection. Your body this physical vessel has been given to you to be treated with love and compassion and great respect. We are to this big loving we are to be loving of the vessel, we are to be loving of this physical vessel. All the things this body does for you allows the arms to hug, allows the legs to run, the eyes to see the beauty in the world, the ears to hear the sweet laughter of a child or those words, I love you, the mouth and the tongue to taste, the skin to protect all the organs that work unconsciously for you. Your physical body is phenomenal, breathe that in. We all have moments when we have bad thoughts towards that are hurtful, but it is time now to waken beautiful words of love towards your body. Its time now to put down those words that hurt and harm and pick up the words of love with grace respect compassion and gratitude. Your body will not change if you are in a low vibration of hating on her like a plant that cannot grow from soil that is not fed your body cannot grow from words of distain, hurt and harm. Awaken the beauty within her as she is beautiful, you are beautiful and I now want you to take yourself to a mirror in your mind and I want you to stand naked in front of that mirror and I want you to look at that body all the things it has done for you, all the things it has gone through, and still, it is there for you. Doing its very best under the circumstances that has been created. Stand in front of that mirror look at her, love her, give thanks to her. Thank you, feet, for allowing me to stand, thank you legs for allowing me to run and dance, skip and drive. Thank you, organs, for working so unconsciously for me for my heart beating the stomach digesting for the lungs breathing thank you womb for creating life or the ability to create life what an amazing organ for your breath, the womanliness of it and the softness of it, for your shoulders that sometimes feels like you are carrying the weight of the world to your arms and fingers all the way through to your face and your brain, that super computer. Please look at this body in the mirror and thank her for being alive, honour her, hold her, respect her, she deserves it now. She deserves your love. She is always there for you, this body this physical vessel you are having this energetic experience in. Love her at your core. You are made of the same things as stars. We will only speak with love to our bodies now, we will flip the switch, as this is where she deserves to be. She deserves to be in the energy of love

Let us finish now with our prayer of gratitude:   I am grateful for all that I am – breathe that in. I am grateful for all that I have been breathe

I am grateful for all that I will be, I am grateful, I am loved and I am enough. I am grateful I am loved and I am enough.
