Welcome to the Awakened Woman Her Mindset Meditation

As always make sure you are comfortable warm and will not be disturbed.

Let’s start with our centering breaths as a reminder we breathe in with a count of five we hold with a count of five, and we breathe out with a count of eight, and we repeat this three times. Breathe in two three four five hold two three four five out two three four five six seven eight breathe in two three four five hold two three four five out two three four five six seven eight breathe in two three four five hold two three four five out two three four five six seven eight.

Now allow your breath to go to its normal rhythm breathing in and breathing out feel the belly rise and feel the belly fall. Lets do our earth connection lets draw the energy up through the earth always giving it a colour if that works for you, and now allow that energy to enter the womb, the gateway to life and coming up through the spine, to the gut, and allow it to swirl all around the gut, up the spine, to the heart, caressing and massaging the heart, up the spine, through the throat, to the neck and then hitting that little gland, just in the middle of our brain, that little penile gland, allow that energy to massage, awaken, invigorate, ignite, and then allow that energy then up through the top of the head, out into space, into the universe, we keep on feeling it reach to the stars and allow that energy come back down through the head through that gland, down the neck, through the throat to the heart. From the heart travelling down the spine, the gut, and from the gut to the spine through the womb and into Mother Earth. And just in your own time we are just going to just take a minute here for you to feel that energy flow up and down hitting those key areas. Just enjoy that flow of energy. Everything is energy it is the building blocks of matter and matter is the physical world. Thought equals energy, energy equals matter, therefore thoughts become matter. Scientific fact, your mindset is your thoughts, and if we are constantly engaging in high vibrational thoughts and high vibrational energy, we are going to create more of that matter in the physical form in our life. The stronger our elevated energy is the greater the influence on the matter around us and the faster we can manifest intention. Our mindset is our most important tool. It is our gift; it is the building blocks of our world. We are always going to have negative thoughts, but it is about not staying there, and it is also about understand them. When you have a negative thought or a sadness, I want you to sit and ask it questions. Ask it why it has come, ask it what is it here to teach you, we all have lower vibration parts of us quite often they have come in as protectors because we have trained our mindset to come in and protect us from something, often it is failure, but this is where we need to evolve our mindset and be comfortable and playful in those higher vibrations and know that we are completely and utterly worthy of them. If we are coming from a place of lack, we will create more lack, so right now I want you to feel into some higher vibrations, to help us know that those connections are neurons firing, of neurons wiring so we are going to create those beautiful connections of higher vibration. So, I would like you to take yourself to a time where you felt absolute love and gratitude and joy. These are the highest vibrations that we can feel, the highest level of our mindset, is to be in gratitude, joy and love. So, I would like you to time where you felt that, where you felt truly grateful, where you felt in love, and felt joyous. Just for a moment I want you to just play that scene that moment in your heart like a movie and every time you breathe out, expand that vibration, again, you can give it a colour coming out of you or a wave of energy and as you think about that moment of a movie in your heart use the breath to expand the feeling throughout your body. I would like you to do this now, take a moment, and feel. Feel that energy in the body, feel that joy, that love, that gratitude, this is the key to a strong mindset, coming back to this, allowing any negative thoughts to flow through you, to ask them questions, allow them to speak like parts of you that you need to learn from and then come back to why you are grateful for it, it’s the switch that you need to flip. Every feeling is valid, but to have a strong mindset we need to first learn to grow to then evolve. The evolving mindset is about flipping the switch, understand why we are in this low vibration, asking them questions, and then finding the gift in it, coming back to the gratitude the love, the worthiness. The stronger our elevated energy is the greater the influence of matter around us and the faster we can manifest intention. Thought equals energy, energy equals matter, therefore your thoughts become matter. Your mindset is the key to a beautiful evolving life. I would like you to repeat these words after me – I am learning, I am growing and I am evolving. I am learning, I am growing and I am evolving. My thoughts create my reality.  My thoughts create my reality. I am strong, I am powerful, I am a beautiful, confident being of light.

Let us finish now with our prayer of gratitude:   I am grateful for all that I am – breathe that in. I am grateful for all that I have been breathe
